Uppsala Food Council was founded in April 2024, by a group of local enthusiasts who saw the need for a unified voice for food issues in the municipality. Inspired by similar Food Councils in other cities (Malmö, Bristol, Zurich etc.), we work to influence political decisions, run projects and facilitate collaborations between different actors.
